You can browse and build a cart as a guest, but completing an order requires an account and age verification — cigars are age-restricted and we have to be able to show we checked.

Pick any 2 to 10 cigars, in any combination — all different, all the same, or a mix. Add them from the same control you use to add to the cart; your bundle follows you around the site until you finish it.

Free accounts pay a small platform fee on orders. It is ours, not a card processor’s, and it is shown in full before you pay. Paid members do not pay it.

Only to places where cigars may lawfully be delivered, and always with an adult signature required. If we cannot confirm a destination is permitted, we will not ship there.

A personal digital humidor, access to the member marketplace, the ability to trade with other members, private trade chat, trade-ins for store credit, member pricing, and no platform fee on orders.

Any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and your humidor and history are never deleted.

Private by default, per cigar. You choose whether each entry is private, visible to members, or public. Private entries are never returned by any API, not merely hidden in the interface.

Enter it by name and it goes into your humidor immediately. It is also submitted to the catalog, so the next member who owns one can find it. Nothing you add can be sold by us until we have verified the details ourselves.

Trading moves cigars; selling moves money. Membership covers trading. Selling additionally needs an approved seller account, which we review — that is what a payment processor expects of a marketplace.

A percentage of the sale, shown on every listing before you commit. The rate in force when a sale happens is recorded with that sale, so a later change never alters a past transaction.

No. Listing reserves the cigars from your humidor, so the same cigar cannot be promised to two people.

You submit cigars with photos, we value them, you accept or decline the offer, we inspect them on arrival, and store credit is issued once approved. Credit is never issued automatically.

No. Store credit is an internal balance for buying from us.
